Linen Heat Pack

These soft linen heat packs are filled with lupins and offer instant natural pain-relief and comfort.

What are Lupins?
Lupins come from the legume family, traditionally used in Mediterranean cooking.
Lupins are a great alternative to rice or wheat as they retain heat for 3 times longer than traditional heat packs, are resistant to moisture, allergy and odour free and provide a natural way to assist with healing.

Heating - Place flat in microwave and heat in 30 second intervals.
Do not heat for longer than 2 1/2 minutes.

Cooling - Use as a cool pack by storing in the freezer in an air-tight bag.

Approximately 32cm x 14cm filled with 1kg of lupins.
